So a lot has been going on lately. We haven't started on the Quad Steps yet. We finally getting on that tomorrow. I've been extremely busy lately, trying to find a job, getting ready for school, developing a Ninja Warrior training program, and trying to build an obstacle course at the same time. Its alot to say the least and am feeling a bit sleep deprived ;) haha well anyways here iss the video fresh off the press!!
